Michelle Aslander is familiar with all properties and owners of the existing rental portfolio having managed for several years prior to starting her own real estate agency. She purchased a successful rent roll from one of South Perth’s well known and long established agents.
Michelle has been in the real estate industry since 1997, specialising in property management. Michelle is the co-chair of REIWA’s Property Management Network and a committee member of REIWA’s Women In Property.
Michelle undertakes constant professional development to ensure that they remain abreast of current trends and regulations within the industry, ensuring that their clients receive up to date information to assist them with their property options.
In addition to the ongoing growth of a property management portfolio, she has commenced a strata management portfolio with a number of strata schemes already under management.
Michelle maintains a special link with Peter Munday who is a specialist consultant and trainer in the area of strata titles so if you have any inquiry that relates to ownership, management or the development of a strata titled property they will be pleased to refer you to Peter to discuss the availability of his consultative services.
